How to get there:

Only 1hour and fifty-five minutes driving from Ho Chi Minh City, you are already on the beautiful new road with green tree and calm road. Or be lazy, take a hydrofoil, it takes only one hour to get to Vung Tau. Pick up can be arranged in advance for less than 8 pax.

The History: The unidentified boat
During the Vietnam War, a famous no ID boat supplied ammunitions to the resistants landed here. The supply had helped the resistants to be able to fight back the coalition army of Australian, American and Southern Vietnamese. The fight lasted for several months. From the point of boat landing inside of River Ray Resort to Minh Dam’s tunnel, where nature was a great help to the resistants during the bloody year of the late 60.

These houses are traditional wooden houses with modern facilities. There are two types of houses, family houses with kitchen, dining and kitchen area, and guest houses with rooms only. The houses are overlooking the Ray River and the mangrove forest.

Mimosa

The total area of Mimosa is 210 square metres. The house is a family house with two en-suite bed rooms.

CAMPING GROUND

River Ray Estates’ Camping ground is one and a half hectare of ocean land, shaded by Casuarinas, palms and Poinciana facing the clean, golden sand.

There is a Cantina, with separate kitchen, offering over 100 square metres of space for youth’s activities, for the use of indoor games, sing-along, reading, musical plays or for weekend family get togethers.

The Cantina can also be used for private functions, to serve meals for up to 100 people.

RESTAURANT

A spacious and luxury restaurant that can serve up to 60 peoples indoor and 60 peoples outdoor guests for events such as conferences, meetings, parties, weddings, etc. Guests can enjoy a menu that offers copious choices of Western, Eastern, and vietnamese cuisines with a bit of Thai flavor that chef Thuy usually adds into for examples: Thai steamboat, Thai pawpaw salad, and Thai curry, etc. these dishes are prepared by experienced chefs who would please any fussy eaters.
