Rule & Restriction

• Children up to 12 years old without extra bed are free of charge.
• Any amendment or cancellation made 3 days prior to check-in date will not be charged. Deposit for at least one night might be required to guarantee your reservation at that point of time.
• Check-in time at 14:00 or sooner, Check-out time at 12:00.
• Late check-out: 12:00 - 18:00 is subject to 50% room change for 1 night staying. After 18:00, full night charge is applied.
• Reserved room will be held until 18:00 on the arrival date, unless guarantee by credit card or special arrangement are made.
• Payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Traveler's Cheques, Bank Transfer and Cash.

Set off the main Hanoi Highway, just 20 minutes easy drive from the center of HCMC and 2 kilometers past Saigon Bridge with easy access to Bien Hoa, Thu Duc and Song Be Industrial Zones.

Parkland is also about 15 to 20 minutes from Tan Son Nhat International Airport, virtually across the road from Thu Duc Driving Range and 15 minutes from the Vietnam Golf and Country Club.
