3. The Landmark Club
Situated on the 15th and 16th floors, offers a complete range of modern sport and fitness facilities that include a gymnasium, an international standard squash court, sauna and swimming pool. The Club offers stretch yoga classes, squash lessons, a 'LifeStep' equipped gym and rooftop pool. These facilities are exclusive to The Landmark tenants and Club members.

4. Leisure boat
The Hardship, the Landmark owns and operates one of Vietnam's unique leisure boats - The Hardship. The Hardship is a 40-foot converted junk, meticulously built by skilled craftsmen using traditional indigenous ship materials and techniques. The Hardship is a luxury vessel that can sleep ten guests in air-conditioned comfort and can cater to day cruises or night parties of up to 25 guests.
